Bistro 41is now accepting enrollment for Wine University! Whether you’re a long -time wine enthusiast or don’t know a grape from a raisin, this informative class is for you! Twice a month, beginning on Monday, September 26th, Bistro 41 will host our guests who are eager to learn all about the world wine. Each class will have a different focus and feature extremely knowledgeable guest speakers, plus you’ll sample some truly spectacular wines! Participate in one class or attend them all.

Classes will be held on the following dates on Mondays at 6.00 pm:

September 26th – How to taste wine and white wine varietals
October 10th – Red wine varietals
October 24th – New world wines
November 7th – Old world wines
November 21th – Other world wines
December 5th – Exploring the Napa Valley
December 19th – Pairing wine and food
CANCELED January 5th – Bistro 41 Wine Dinner and Graduation

Cost of each class will vary, depending on the wines. Wines, hand-outs, map and other materials will be included in the price. Cost of the first class on Monday, September 26th at 6:00 pm is $20.00
