Oak grilled Mahi served on a bed of mixed field greens tossed in a roasted red  peppers,  European cucumbers, roasted beet vinaigrette and local organic micro greens

Duck Flat Bread
Oak grilled flat bread topped with a creamy butternut squash sauce, Duck confit, Maytag bleu cheese, craisins and  pancetta, and finished with a chiffonade of arugula

Slow roasted fork tender boneless Short Ribs accompanied with creamy strawberry risotto and steamed haricot verts, completed with demi glace and topped with Chevre
