“Award Winning” Pork Pot Roast
Good Nature Pork Pot Roast braised in port wine, herbs,
and special seasonings to fork tender, served with
roasted garlic mashed potatoes, sunburst squash, asparagus, and
 a caramelized onion, finished with savory gravy and beurre monte.   

Asian Hanger Steak
 Oak grilled six spiced Hanger Steak accompanied with
sesame seed green onion mashed potatoes and stir fry vegetables,
completed with a sweet ginger soy sauce and fresh cilantro
